Q: Where’s my package?
A: Depending on the type of shipping you chose at checkout; most packages arrive in 2-10 business days. If you have not received your package within this time frame, please reach out to us directly.
Q: My package says it was delivered, but I never received it!
A: Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for your package to arrive. Sometimes, packages are marked as delivered even though they are still in your carrier’s delivery truck. If you haven’t received your package 3 business days after your package was marked as delivered, please reach out to us. If we are unable to track it down, we will send you a new package.
Q: I’d like to change my order! (Size, color/pattern, etc.)
A: As long as your order is not in processing, we can accommodate changes to your order. If an order is processing, we are unable to accommodate a request to make any changes at that time. Instead, please place a new order for the correct pajama that you need and return the original item once you receive it. Once we receive your items in new condition a refund will be granted.
Q: I received the wrong item!
A: Unfortunately, this does happen from time to time. In the rare occasion that this happens to you, please reach out to us with photos. Providing photos in your initial contact with us speeds up the process to resend your order. We will also provide a free label for the incorrect item. Please be advised that items can be substituted on your order after checkout due to availability, this information will be supplied on your packing slip.
Q: The item I received is damaged or defective!
A: Unfortunately, packages can be damaged in transit or manufacturing defects can happen. In the rare occasion that this happens to you, please reach out to us with photos. Providing photos in your initial contact with us speeds up the process to replace your item(s). After the photos are verified, instructions will be provided for the damaged/defective item(s).
Q: I’m missing something from my order.
A: Please keep in mind that we do send out multiple shipments for multi-item orders. Most of the time, your package is not missing, and is still in transit to you in a separate package. Please double check the tracking numbers for your item(s) in your shipping confirmation email. If you still have concerns, please reach out to our customer service.
Q: Can I get a large top and medium bottom?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot “mix and match” the sizes for shirt and pant. All sets are sold and pre-packaged as a 2-piece set.
