We hope that your SleepyHeads.com® purchase is a dream come true. In the event that you need to return merchandise*, you must do so within 30 days of the invoice date. We’re happy to exchange, provide credit toward a future purchase or credit your credit card if returned within this time-frame. We require that merchandise be returned in its original condition (unworn, unused, unwashed) and that you include a copy of the invoice/packing slip with your return. We do not provide refunds/credits for shipping/handling charges on returns.
*Items returned without Return Authorization, past 30 days, or not in original condition (unused, unwashed, unworn) will be returned to customer at customer's expense. We are not responsible for shrinkage or bleeding as a result of washing your item(s). Items returned with pet hair visible on garment will be returned to customer without a refund.
After 30 days, all sales are final.
Extended Holiday Return Policy
All gifts purchased between the dates of 11/1 and 12/31 may be returned by 1/31 for refund, exchange, or gift card (as long as the product is in original condition – unworn, unused, and unwashed).
If the return is received within 60 days of purchase date, the refund will be issued through your original payment method. After 60 days, we cannot guarantee that a refund will be issued through the original payment method in which case you may receive a refund check via US Mail or through PayPal.
All Final Sale items are final sale- no returns, no exchanges (no exceptions).
Items that have been embroidered are final sale- no returns, no exchanges (no exceptions).
Credits to credit cards take approximately 14 days to process from the time the return is received. We reserve the right to charge 15% restocking fees for large or commercial order returns.
Exchanges: On exchanges, a $5.00 flat rate* shipping charge will be applied to your order to ship the exchange order. We do not provide refunds/credits for shipping/handling charges on returns. Please complete the back side of your packing slip for an exchange.
Returns/Exchanges using Return Labels:
If you choose use our automated system, please follow these instructions:
- Click the returns link here and enter your order ID (starts with SH) & email address, and click lookup
- Click Create Request
- Checkmark Item(s) you wish to return, select return reason, & resolution type
- Add any notes & images if you received a damaged or defective item
- Checkmark accept terms & conditions & hit submit request
- If you wish to download a prepaid label for a flat rate charge of $7.00, click yes & follow the next steps. If you do not want a prepaid label, click no & your return authorization number will be emailed to you
- Click update and next
- Click generate
- Click download label
- Print label & drop off at your local FedEx Office or schedule a pickup by going to www.fedex.com/returnpickup. If it is a SmartPost package, you can drop it off at FedEx Office or United States Post Office.
- The return label will also be emailed to you if you experience any issues trying to print the label
Returns / Exchanges that do not use Return Labels:
If you choose not to use our automated system, please contact us for a return authorization number, as no returns will be processed without one. Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization number. This number must be on the outside of the box in order for your return to be accepted. All returns/exchanges need to be prepaid and mailed to the address below.
Please return merchandise, via insured mail USPS, UPS, or FedEx, with the return authorization number on the outside and the return/exchange form inside the package to:
