Please keep in mind that we ship from multiple warehouses across the country.  If your order contains multiple items, they can ship from any of these warehouses in multiple shipments.

Free Shipping

Free Shipping only applies for orders over $79.00 and is only valid for the 48 contiguous states.

Shipping Info Within The United States

Merchandise will ship via FedEx ( You must use a valid street address for the shipping address because FedEx will NOT make deliveries to a P.O. Box (P.O. Boxes will be shipped via US Postal Service). Most FedEx Ground shipments are processed within 1-2 days of your order being placed.  

FedEx does not deliver on Sunday and Monday for Home Delivery packages. For example, a order that is shipped on Thursday and it is normally a 2 day transit, will be delivered on Saturday. If it is shipped on Thursday and it is normally a 3 day transit, it will be delivered on Tuesday.

For commercial addresses, FedEx Ground will only deliver Monday-Friday. For example, if it is shipped on Thursday and it is normally a 2 day transit, it will be delivered on Monday.

We do not provide refunds/credits for shipping/handling charges on returns. 

FedEx SmartPost/Free Shipping Transit Time:

We use FedEx SmartPost for all Economy/Free Shipping orders. FedEx Ground picks the package up and delivers the package to your local post office hub, then your local post office delivers the package. Transit time varies, but averages between 4-7 business days.

Air Shipments/FedEx Standard or Priority Overnight & Second Day Air Shipments (within the U.S.)

Deliveries for Express are Monday-Friday only. For example, a FedEx 2nd Day Air package ordered before 1:00pm EST on Thursday, assuming it's in stock, will ship Thursday and be delivered on Monday- NOT on Saturday. Likewise, a Next Day Air shipment ordered on Friday before 1:00pm EST will be delivered on Monday- NOT Saturday.

We make every effort to process all Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air orders received by 1:00pm EST the same day they are received. This does not include weekend or holiday orders. 

International Shipping Information

We currently use FedEx International Priority or USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail International for all international shipments. For your convenience you will not be charged an additional shipping fee for any backordered items (items temporarily out of stock) that are shipped at a later date. All shipping charges are calculated in US dollars and are subject to change. For large, multiple item orders and oversized products, we reserve the right to increase shipping cost based on size and weight of items ordered.

We are subject to no international shipping orders during peak months of October, November & December. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Duties and Taxes

There may be duties and taxes imposed on your order which are not reflected in our prices. Please check with your local Customs office to obtain a list of those charges. In addition to this, some countries may charge an additional handling fee for delivery within that country.

Delayed Deliveries

Occasionally a package will be marked as delivered but you have not actually received it.  If this happens to you, please allow an additional 2-3 business days for your package to arrive. Sometimes, packages are marked as delivered even though they are still in your carrier’s delivery truck.  If you haven’t received your package 3 business days after your package was marked as delivered, please reach out to us. If we are unable to track it down, we will send you a new package. 

APO/FPO Shipping

We ship APO/FPO through USPS (United States Postal Service).


Items can be substituted or removed from your order after checkout due to availability. If we remove an item you will receive an immediate email and a refund will be issued to your account. All items that are substituted will appear on your packing slip.
